  • Design and implementation of project management guidelines and processes and acting as a mentor and adviser on all aspects of these at a Local Authority.
  • MSP® and PRINCE2® Training Delivery for numerous clients, including Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), HM Prison Service and the NHS, in the UK and throughout Europe.
  • Design, Development and Facilitation of Programme and Project Management Workshops, including for senior NHS staff.
  • MSP® (Programme Management) Consultancy and Training Course Delivery in Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra.
  • PRINCE2® assignments in Tallinn, Jurmala and Vilnius.
